On September 10, 2026, Uzum University in Tashkent hosted Aygul Nasibullina’s talk, Why We Act the Way We Do: The Neurobiology of Decision-Making. The event was organised by Uzum University together with Digital October and delivered in Russian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The neurophysiologist and Skoltech researcher explored decision-making through clinical cases and the workings of brain systems. The presentation paid particular attention to stress and to events preceding a choice, across timescales ranging from minutes to years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
