Digital October has been actively hosting large-scale technology events.

The venue has successfully delivered a number of significant events featuring prominent figures such as Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg, Coursera co-founder Daphne Koller, Apple computer creator Steve Wozniak, former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, Airbnb co-founder Nathan Blecharczyk, high-tech evangelism pioneer Guy Kawasaki, and Nobel Prize-winning physicists Roy Glauber and David Gross.
A focus on
educational initiatives

Between 2015 and 2019, the focus shifted towards education. Digital October hosted its own conferences and hackathons for developers.
During this period, the venue also joined the global entrepreneurial movement Fuckup Nights and organised public lectures on digital transformation in collaboration with the Strelka Institute. Among the speakers at Digital October were leading global experts and innovators, including Pixar art director John Lasseter, Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin, Zcash founder Zooko Wilcox, Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales, Kickstarter co-founder Charles Adler, Wired UK editor-in-chief David Rowan, Moscow bureau chief of the Financial Times Max Seddon, and head of the Russian service at the BBC Artem Liss.
